Monika Seebald

From 1998 to 2003, Monika Seebald studied Law at Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken. Following her legal clerkship, completed in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Saarbrücken, she passed the bar examination in 2006. Several years of experience gained during her work with a law office with a special focus on traffic law, which she began during her legal clerkship, allowed her to acquire comprehensive knowledge in that field of expertise before she joined our office at the beginning of 2007, where her focus has been on traffic and family law.
The main focus of her activities in the field of traffic law is the assertion of indemnity claims following traffic accidents, both out of court and at court, such as repair costs, loss of use, compensation for housekeeping expenses as well as the assertion of damages for pain and suffering. In addition, Monika Seebald represents our clients in matters of administrative offenses and criminal proceedings in the field of traffic law. Another focal point of her activities is the representation of our clients in connection with separation and divorce as well as the assertion of their claims at court. Since 2010 she has been authorized to carry the professional title of „Family Law Specialist”. Since 2012 she has been authorized to carry the professional title of „Traffic Law Specialist” as well.
