Wolfgang Weyrich

In 1993, Wolfgang Weyrich took up his studies of Law at Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken. In the course of a scholarship at the Université de Lausanne in Lausanne (Switzerland), he gained in-depth knowledge, in particular in the field of international civil law as well as in European law. He finalized his studies in 1998 at Ruprechts-Karls-Univerität in Heidelberg. Following his legal clerkship, completed in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, he passed the bar examination in 2000 and has been working in this office as an associate ever since.
Based on his comprehensive knowledge in this field of expertise, he gained the qualification as Employment Law Specialist in 2007. He represents both employees and employers of medium-sized companies in all areas of collective and individual employment law. This comprises in particular dismissal protection processes as well as legal disputes with regard to references, warning letters and remuneration issues.
In addition to employment law, Mr. Wolfgang Weyrich is also involved in the fields of tenancy law, private construction law as well as inheritance law.
Since 2009, he is authorised to bear the title „Inheritance Law Specialist”.
Since 2021, he has been appointed examiner of state law examinations for the State Examination Office for Lawyers in Rheinland-Pfalz.
