Attorney at Law, Employment Law Specialist, Rental right and Condominium Law Specialist
The attorney at law Thomas Schopf studied law from 1987 to 1993 at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, specializing in international private law. He completed his legal clerkship from 1993 to 1995 in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Zweibrücken in the Rhineland-Palatinate. During his clerkship he gained in-depth knowledge in commercial law within the scope of his work with a law office oriented towards commercial law. Even before his admission to the bar in March 1996 he collaborated on a freelance basis with a law office concentrating on civil law. Many years of professional experience have allowed him to acquire comprehensive knowledge in all areas of civil law, in particular in employment law, trade and corporate law, family and inheritance law, as well as in tenancy law.
Mr. Schopf joined our law office in April 2014 as reinforcement for our team, especially in the fields of employment law, tenancy and property ownership law, and family and inheritance law. He represents our clients in asserting their claims both in and out of court. Naturally, he is also available to support our clients in finding solutions to their legal problems in matters of general civil law, criminal law and public law. Since 2009 he has been authorized to bear the professional title of „Employment Law Specialist”.
In 2016 he successfully passed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer course "Specialist Lawyer for Tenancy".
Since 2019 he has been authorized to bear the professional title of „Rental right and Condominium Law Specialist”.
